Arresting driver for company's failure to pay a ticket?

By montana state can they arrest the driver for an unpaid ticket the company was responsible for paying?

Owner forgot about ticket didnt show up for court ticket was given last summer.

Help. I dont know how to help him and I'm 2000 miles away. What has to happen for driver to be released?
