Any companies hiring a driver with a 2 and 1/2 years open container violation

I am at wits end, I have a North Carolina cdl unrestricted, 2 and 1/2 years ago my friend was pulled over and the cops searched the car there was an open container under my seat in the back. I didn't go fight it so it is still on my records.

I have tried to no avail to get a class a or b job. If anyone can help with any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

I live in Mooresville, NC but am willing to do OTR and i have tried, swift and all the rest.

Plenty NC jobs man. One company mentioned often is Carolina Cargo a few miles from Charlotte.

find a trucking job with small or local trucking companies.

If you don't see anything that you want, consider applying at Rent a Center or Aaron so that at leas you will have driving and delivery experience which will make you in a better position for a trucking job compared to another employee. Even though they won't say it qualifies as driving, they know.
