am i within my rights?

I do bobcat grading and hauling ,i recently hauled out 2 loads of broken concrete I billed the acting supervisor whom called me I then billed was told he would bring money to me gave me $200.

Never got paid won't answer calls Will.three days later .if I take back broken concrete to job site that I hauled 2 loads of, well I still got it behind my truck if I dump it at job site. In which I hauled , these are condominiums ,am I within my rights since they haven't paid me?
