3 dui's all first offences

is there any possible way for me to get my cdl back if i have 3 dui's and they are all first offenses.

I still have my regular license but i want to drive truck again so i'm trying to figure out if its possible. That was my life and way of money so im tring to get it back if possible at all

After the first DUI, the rest are NOT first offenses.

How can you have three dui's and all be 1st offenses. Insurance companies may accept 1 in a life time, but not two or three, and they do not see first or second offense. More than one is all they care about.
