Little Green Book... NEW
by: SQ609

First of all... you don't secure a 28000 lb coil with straps!!! You secure it with CHAINS! My wife knows that and she's not even a truck driver. But anyway, you can find most of the answers in the FMCSR little green book that should be in every truck. Or go to www.jjkeller.com and look for the Cargo Securement Handbook for drivers.
