I'm hoping to get a chance to learn otr . I still have my CDL license and I have not been in a truck in 2 years. I have never been otr, only in oilfield service industry experience

Ohhh Welcome to OTR (Soon!)

You're in a great area to find an OTR trucking with a terminal near you. That said, you might need to go to truck driving school.

You'll find out just by applying at trucking companies. If you've been driving from site to site using the interstate, you probably won't need trucking school.

I just don't know exactly what you mean when you say experience only in oilfield industry.

Hopefully it was in the industry driving from one oilfield to another or other places or something.

I really don't know a lot about the oil field. I know there's a lot of sand box drivers.

If you'd care to share what you did that would be awesome and interesting.
