want to buy my own rig

I just graduated from CDL school (McCann School of Business). I have my class A CDL . I have been driving my whole life but not documented...I grew up on a farm, I have a 35 foot camper which I take all over the United States, I drive a diesel for a personal vehicle. I want to buy my own rig but am told I have to have 300 hours before anyone will sign me on. Is there any way around that? I am fully capable, I just want to drive but I don't want to be away from my wife and kids for weeks on end.

And you are operating under your own authority, all you need is the insurance ...

Getting loads depends on whether or not u go 3PL or if you work for a company....

Or both...

have you ever put you to work on the farm set it up for you as far as your experience if you really need it
