Do any one know of any company that will sponsor a 3 time felon for truck driving training? I have a cal class a permit with passengers endorsement, I have chauffeurs license. I drive a Checker Cab. I was told I was a lower risk to the insurance company by me being a woman and don't any points on Mvr never had an accident no dui but my discharge of probation was a little over two years ago. So I would have to by some time until it has been over three years or pay for the $3500 out of my pocket. Please someone help? It has to be somebody who will pay for the training and contract me to be a member of the company trucking family. I'm a very loyal, faithful and dedicated team player. I just desire to drive so badly I be seeking and searching every chance I can get. The State said I am eligible don't that count for anything?

I also called US Xpress and the recruiter was very nice until i mentioned my felony and it was like a switch flipped she had no interest in talking to me after that..

I called U.S Express And talk to a recruiter, When I inquired about hiring felonies she just said we can't touch ya, and quickly got off, I felt completely disrespected...

I worked briefly for a small company in central Ohio named, Victory Express. U.S. Xpress brought 'em. They had a beautiful terminal out off ofI-70 I believe. So, thank you for that feedback. I U.S. Xpress runs autoshifts. Maybe they'd hire on Brenda Shaw, another out-of-work driver looking for a company 10-4?
