Two DWIs from over 10 years ago plus Marijuana poss from 2yr ago will a trucking company hire?

I recently graduated from a trucking school. I have my cdl w/ hazmat and tanker endorsements. The problem I'm having , like most, is finding someone that will hire me. I have a blemish on my record of poss. of marijuana from two yrs ago which is hindering me.

I have some misdemeanor dwis from over a decade ago. I've been a mechanic most of my life but nothing compares to driving that semi.

I'm looking for some advice or even a chance that someone can give me to get the experience, even if I have to team with someone that would give me the opportunity.

Hey dont give up. there are companies out there. you need to look at mom and pop companies. i have 3 felonies i got a job 30 days out of school. i have gotten 4 other guys with problems hired on since march. they now work for this company also. one guy has 15 felonies. you just have to find an owner like ours. one that looks at it has we did the crime and we did the time. he tells us i would rather you work for me than go back to crime as away of life. but call me maybe we can figure something out 3348923517.
