trucking company refuses to pay me...

For some reason my company refuses to pay me. They say we have to compromise on the amount of miles i obtained for the week. I keep a very tight log book and the odometer on the truck doesnt lie for some reason they claim i made up miles and want to cut my check. Telling me to take it or leave it.

What are some possible actions i can take. Its been days since theyve had to pay me and i need my check but they refuse to pay unless ive agreed to their set payment. They want to cut my check by $300-$400 dollars.

Please help.
