This has been going on for some time, but now, even if the scale is NOT open, you can get ticketed, not just you, but also your company. Oregon knows how long it takes to get the 300 miles across their state and back, they also know how to add your mandatory 10 hours off....
It's going to get worse before it gets better. Oregon DOT already hate California trucks. No lie. I would think any California driver with a Pre Pass would agree.
