The no contact - he doesn't want to talk much

I am new to the trucker life. My boyfriend and I have been together for about 2 months and the not talking is what is the hardest.

Please help me understand why they don't always want a conversation. I miss him. Help me with some tips

you are looney tunes to begin with...you are a stereotype-r and judgmental so you are not perfect get off you mighty horse and come down to earth and say something realistic for once in your life get out of your cloud!!

I wish I had some piece of advice or a solution to tell you but I do not. Truckers do work hard and they are not able to be there physically but the have to learn how to at least be there emotionally. My husband has been a truck driver for almost a year and this is our biggest problem. We have 3 kids, one of whom is special needs and I feel like a single parent. I feel like as a truckers wife we are expected to sick it up and deal with all this. Take everyday as it comes and try not to become too overwhelmed. It is somewhat comforting to know that you are not alone in the way you're feeling and the struggles you will go through. I hope this helped a little bit. :)

Does not talk much NEW

Hey, I don't know your boyfriend or your situation or anything. but what I do know is that I am a truck driver and I do not spend a lot of time on the telephone. first of all it is a 3500 he gets caught talking on the phone without a headset on. then of course as a new truck driver he's probably scared to death to make a mistake, I. E. Kill somebody etc.... then of course being a truck driver he works from 10 to 14 hours a day he's up in the truck , & I can tell you that it is very tiring. the fact is being married or involved with a truck driver isn't very hard. your relationship has to have trust. good luck to you, I hope this helps.

Best advice for you is to get away from him! There is no communication with these guys or from these guys! You have only been with him for 2 months, well there are more fish in the ocean & my suggestion to you is to find somebody else that is NOT a trucker! So leave him ASAP & move on & good luck!
