Tested positive because of CBD oil

A year ago I tested positive on a drug test do to cbd oil. I went through the sap phase and passed the back to work drug test and had to quit driving due to disagreements between owner and I.

That being said, I cannot finish cleaning up my clearinghouse record until I am driving and finishing the clearinghouse drug test requirements.

I am willing to go O/O but not sure if I will be able to secure loads having this on my back. Does anybody have any advice on how to proceed?
