Strong Wife Grown Kids, first time going to OTR

My husband and I have been married for 14 years, two grown children, and for the last 10 years he's been local driving hauling gas, an industry he knew and has thrived in - but over the last year the money just isn't there, so he has decided to go back over the road, something he did and liked before we were married or even dating.Personally I am a Navy brat so I am good with long times of no physical contact, but I want to know how I best support him in all of this. We leave in July for his orientation with Crete, and he is so worried about losing me I have no idea how to reassure him that I have him 100% and that this is what is best for him and our family. Any and all advice is welcome.
