Someone willing to relocate to become a truck driver

I was on vacation in Texas and was pulled over. I was given 5 years of probation for 5 lbs of marijuana with 5 grams on me. When asked if I had anything on me I admitted it once reaching booking. The officer said they wouldn't charge me for it but he lied and now it's on my record as a felony charge. I didn't have a lawyer and could not afford one. This was when I was 25 now I'm 30, seperated from the man who got me into all this(husband), and have a 5 year old and two monthsfrom giving birth. I find it difficult to gain permanent employment. I feel like my life is already over for opportunities.
