Should we go O/O team drivers for Werner Enterprises

My twin brother and I are new drivers for Werner Enterprises. We teamed up.


Would it be a good idea to become o/o? What could we expect to make?

Man I think you guys should drive teams for at least 6 months with Werner and see how you are running and how they treat you.

Also take that time to learn more of the ropes about trucking. Keep a tap of how the pay would have worked out if you were o/o by finding out the pay rate for o/o over there.

After that 6 months to a year you will have a better idea.
