Saving money, cutting down on emissions

I know there are individual car owners, factories and trucking companies out their that are burning so much petroleum and putting raw fuel into the atmosphere slowly destroying our beautiful environment.

I have come across a product that cuts down the emissions of any type of burning of petroleum by up to 40%, It also increases horsepower, this product is cheap and would actually end up saving these people, factories, and trucking companies millions of dollars in the long run because it causes the fuel to burn more efficiently and last longer, which in turn is a lot better for the air.

I really want to get the word out about this product I know their are rules and regulations on emissions for these kinds of people and this could really benefit them and the environment at the same time! I would love to talk to somebody to see how we could work together in providing this product to everyone who could use it.
