Recent student graduate needs a 2nd chance to drive with a 10yr old Felony.

I just Recently graduated from All State Career Schools in Baltimore, Md. and I have applied with several companies just to hear them say No, or Sorry, BACKGROUND didn't pass.

This Felony is 10 years old, how long must I serve for my past..I am a very hard worker and stride for perfection. work well with others and have a positive attitude.

If there is a company out there willing to give me a chance, I will show you I can do the work as a safe driver.
