Ralph Gilbert Class A 20yrs experience driving just not otr

Farm trucking for 20 Years but no OTR time. Class A with X,T indrosments, Dot Card, TWIC And HTAP Card. Drove Flat bed,Tanker, and grain Huler. Looking for a Truck driving Job. Very Clean driving record. No DWI or Felonys. Just dont have 1 To 2 years OTR varivacation due to its my owne farm.

The corporates have created unrealistic requirements to control who they want to deem eligible or ineligible therefor discriminating against the very much qualified driver by denying them employment. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION! The rookie that bought his license does not have any experience to compare to a veteran driver like you, if I had to choose between a school rookie and you, the rookie would be running local for at least a year and you would be OTR. Just goes to prove there are people in places of power that make unwise decisions by placing rookies in positions that should be filled by drivers with more experience.
