Pulled Away From The Dock And Could Have Caused a Fatality

Getting loaded at the dock of a beer company, the light is Red. A little while later no movement in the trailer and the light turns Green I start my truck and pulled forward to shut the doors. I hear a man yelling. A long story short is I spoke with a supervisor and told him look the light is Green, then an employee said " we've benn having problems with that light " WTF.
