New relationship with truck driver

Hi everyone, I met a very much wonderful man who just so happens to be a otr truck driver. Our relationship is still very much new but at the point of having serious feelings for each other.

I work full time and have two children from a previous relationship. I'm looking for any advice that I can get to not only help my driver out but also myself.

We try to talk on the phone at least twice a day. He sends me messages whenever he can. We have also talked about me taking some time off over the summer to hit the road with him.

Thank you! We have started talking about plans for the future, for when the kids are older.

The plans include a bigger truck and myself getting a CDL. Your link was very helpful. Obviously communication will be key for us.
