Need truck for CDL test

I live in N.J. ,I already took all the test for class A and passed them all through the DMV and possess a learners permit

I need lessons and a truck to take the test on July 6 at 9am in Cherry Hill N.J. I really don't know what this usually cost but really need assistance in a achieving in getting my license.
