Need training and truck in the same day for CDL test

My name is Eli I'm a female live in Phenix city AL but willing to travel to any city within AL. I have a CDL-A permit along with DOT medical card. Looking to take DMV CDL road test and train all in the same day if anybody can help I will pay.
