Need to retrain to take my CDL test again, any owner operators need a driver

I'm looking for a company or owner op that will give me a chance to drive again. I have been out since 2008, due to a jackknife accident, nobody was involved and I was not charged. I do not have my cdl, and will need to retrain. Any info would be nice.
