Need to rent truck for road test, pay cash, just for a few hour URGENT

I have the permit for Class B. I need to rent a truck to take the road test. Traditional rent companies dont want to rent for road test. I will need the actual Insurance Card and the actual Registration Card. Without those PennDot won't let me. I will pay cash. This is urgent. I need a job asap. 412**888**7101**
