Need manual shifting training and truck rental to remove automatic restriction

I currently have my Class A, but it has an automatic restriction. I would need a little help behind the wheel to acclimate to a manual transmission, then I'd need to rent the truck for the DMV road test.
As far as pay, let me know what sounds reasonable to you, and I'll see if I can make it happen quickly.
