Need cdl truck for testing in atlanta March 2015

I have have 8 years experience but need to take cdl test near atlanta because my Texas license was recently downgraded because of expired medical card.

I have the card but Texas would not let me fix my license because I moved to Georgia and have no proof of residency. So, I have to get a new license in Ga.
