Need a tractor and trailer to practice for skills test

I’ve had my cdl with tractor trailer restriction since 2007. I’ve probably driven well over half a million miles on the road, and have been driving around Baltimore city for 14 years.

I used to work for BGE as a lineman. I would like have the opportunity to drive a manual tractor trailer so I can get my A cdl with no restrictions. I basically would like to spend some time doing the maneuvers for the skills test.

I have a friend that has his full A cdl and would just like to rent a rig to train on for a day or 2.
