Looking for experienced driver. M-F. 20 percent of load pay

I pull tanker mostly in Iowa but we do go into Minnesota, Nebraska, Missouri, South Dakota and possibly Illinois and Wisconsin. We haul Corn Oil , Corn Syrup , Choice White Grease. Places we pick up are Ethanol plants, Rendering plants and we unload at Feed mills , Bio Diesel plants , or Rail Yards.
The reason I am looking for a part time driver is because I have a injured shoulder, rotator cuff , and I may have to have surgery. I go in for a MRI March 5th to find out if I need surgery or not. If I do I would need someone , with experience , to drive my truck for me for 1-3 months. Monday - Friday each week.
I would pay 20%/load to the driver. Most tanker haulers get 2 loads a day possibly 3. My truck is a 2005 International 9900i with a Cat C-15 Engine 550 HP.
