Independent dispatcher with loads

I'm a dispatcher from home looking for driver who have their own authority and don't have time to find loads.
I'm not your normal dispatcher, I'm up at 6 am and don't go to bed till after midnight finding and setting drivers up with loads.
Flats,Stepdecks, Reefer, vans You name it I can get loaded. I ask for 5% of what the load pays. If you use a factoring company I will make sure the broker is good for the money and file all paperwork with factoring companies. scotthoover74@yahoo.com
