This is not the best of companies to work for but it is definetly a starting point for drivers with no experience And a felonies or a challenging driving record.

This is the worst company to work for. Whether you are a convicted felon or not (I am not). They lie to you about pay to get you there, then tell you that you will get .10 a mile and then you only get that .21 a mile if you get all your bonuses. How can you get your bonuses if you are rerouted away from your fuel stops and other places. They sit on your pay until you come back in and don't have a set payday like most companies. They DO NOT care if you are stuck somewhere out of money, food, etc or about your families being without money to pay bills. PLEASE KEEP LOOKING TO FIND ANOTHER JOB. FELONS, THERE ARE MORE COMPANIES THAT WILL HIRE YOU. THIS ONE USES YOU FOR THEIR GAIN AND NOTHING MORE. YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN CAROLINA CARGO. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SUE THEM FOR THEIR CRAP. HALF OF WHAT THEY DO IS ILLEGAL AND THE OTHER HALF IS JUST SHITTY MORALS.

I work for Carolina Cargo from 07"- 08" I was under a one year contract they really rape you over there 11cpm smmfh but i did it to get that exsperence. I also work for two Owener Opps since i left Cargo. I couldn't stand that company but truth be told that company made me the driver i am today.It was either make or break out there and i made it. If your there to just get exsperence get it and get the hell on. I also have felonies but i i put my faith in God and now I'm driving for Epes Trans so I'm here to tell you, you can do better...

It has been over 20 yrs ago that I was convected..I have changed my life for the better. I have a wife and a young daughter. And I would do anything for a company that would take me one. I want to drive a truck so bad that I can't stand it. So if anyone knows of someone who will pay for my driving school even if have to be bonded. Thanks

Dude! You are crazy if you work at Carolina Cargo. Its not the only company in the South East that will put you to work if you have a felony or a bad driving record. For what they pay you might as well work at Mcdonalds. .10 cents a mile come on how can a family man survive on that pay, and look at their equipment its old and looks like the wheels are going to fall off with the exception of the few new internationals they just got. Plus you live in Florida. So you have a long drive. The company I work for is on the Alabama Florida line damn near. After your trainning you are paid 14% of the load. I average round 750.00 to 800.00 a week.Plus you have to run I think 5 weeks then take off with Carolina Cargo. My company you can run out west then take a week off then go out again then take another week if you want. If you want better pay and dont have to spend much in gas to come to work email me with your number i will give you the info to get on with this company i work for. I have had 5 guys off this site that i got working for us right now that either was or going to work for Carolina Cargo. My email is moss4573@gmail.com
