I take a few spare items with me on the road

I make sure to have extra light bulbs, an extra set of airlines/glad hands and a spare electrical line for the trailer-tractor, it may be a small life saver and help keep yourself from being placed out of service.

thanks hervy, hard to belive im just a rookie driver but i took a lot of running with my father into consideration.

Its a tough job but simple fixes you can do by yourself are a good thing, don't want to be caught by DOT with a damaged line and definitely do not want a ticket for a blown headlight

Yeah, your right Zach.

If you keep from being out of service it sure feels good.

I usually keep thus glad handle inserts but not the glad handle itself.

You go hard man.

I did used to keep an extra pig tail and belts when I was owner operator though. Once I had a spare alternator. I guess I used to go super hard. lol
