I need to rent a manual tractor/trailer for MVA test

I live in Edgewood MD I was in CDL school and was unable to finish because of my current job. I'm looking to rent a manual tractor with trailer. $200-300 If there anyone that can help take me to the MVA in Bel Air MD to test it would be greatly appreciated.
