Hello, My name is Joseph Byron Smith. I have been studying for my CDLs for almost seven months and I can't seem to have any luck entering a school.
I've tried going out to Lively Technical College here in Tallahassee, Florida; and they tell me that I need to apply for a grant.
I've never applied for a grant before and I REALLY need some help. I'm working off and on as a landscaper to try to make ends meet but; eventually, the winter months will be coming and I want to be attending some school, somewhere.
I don't have the finances right now to attend; That's why I need assistance with what should I do before I'm laid off again.
