how to keep from being grumpy on the road

seems like whenever i'm on the road with my husband, which is often, i have more grumpy days than good..the long driving..trying to sleep while he's driving..him playing music to stay awake while im sleepin..weight gain..i love him..hes a great husband..doesn't deserve my selfishness, but it seems like i cant help it.
