How to Get started trucking with no experience and a drug charge less than 10 yrs old

I'am a recently graduated driver with no experience, except school. I've been looking for local job near my town and can't find any.

Most of the local company's say i need to get experience atleast 3 months to 6 months before they can hire me. I have a misdemeanor minor poss. class b (cocaine). I was placed on probation for 6 months, I finished my 6 months in 11/07. I havent been in trouble since then.

I Have applied to a few companies like swift,cr england and stevenson. They all tell me they can't hire me because of my misdemeanor it has to be more than 10 yrs.

Do anybody know any companies out there that will give me a break, I would work for any company that could get me started right now. I Live in Mass. Thanks.....
