How do you get someone else to take a shower?

I'm not his wife, but friend and coworker. There are 3 of us on the truck and we all have our differences and habits.

Think of us as the Three Bears and Goldy locks. I'm like the little bear and goldy locks. Things with me are just right. Where as one is a clean freak and uses way too much product for everything.

The other is a slob, and showers once a week if we're lucky. This last time was 9 days. And the time before was about 15 days. How do you get a 30 something year old man to shower?

I try not to go more than 3 days. And its just getting bad. The smell on the truck is horrid and makes our regular showering seem pointless.

We do laundry just as often as bathing. But this guy is having a hard time. The only thing I can think of is depression.

So do you ladies have any advice as to how to get him to shower? Maybe there is a way for us to positively enforce him to shower when we shower. That would be great.

But until then we have air fresheners and sprays. You'd think he'd get the point. And advice will help, Thank you.
