How Can i Adjust To Husband Being Gone For 7 Days?

Its extremely overwhelming for me with 3 kids ages 3,6 and 8. Its difficult, I feel as if am a single mother.

My two oldest are in 2-3 sports each which means practices, games etc.

How can I adjust to this new lifestyle of my husband being away 7-12 days and comes home for 2 days?
