hi i am otis's wife

Hi my name is Susan my husbands name is Otis henshaw he got a felony when he was 17 for stealing heavy machinery and was tried as an adult and was given a felony.

He is now 27 years old has a wife and 2 sons and we are having to live with his family because he cant find work. I want more for us and are kids to be able to have a home to raise are kids in.

I have filed out a paper to get his felony off but they haven't sent anything back yet. Can you please help our family.

Hi Susan,

Seems like that Felony 10 years ago committed at age 17 wouldn't bare down so much on Otis. I think he needs to put out many more applications if he want to be a trucker.

What other type of work did he do during the 10yrs or is he fresh out of Jail or something?
