I am grateful you have this site. I am a newbie in the sense that I've only been driving just over 2 &1/2 years. I am what a lot of folks call a hill Hooper.
I run from Reno NV to Oakland CA and back daily. I must be nuts because I love it,even with chaining and crazy people trying to pass me on the right. I won't get rich but it's not bad pay and I am home everyday.
What helped me make my decision to become a driver was the drivers on this site that took the time to tell me some facts that weren't sugarcoated. It's a hard thankless job, but if you live to drive its worth the aggravations.
