help with getting back on the road

i had to take off 4 years to take care of my elderly now deceased parents. i have about ten years experience otr dry van.

was hired by us express but was unable to do the duck walk without my back hitting the rop i'm 6' 2 240 they say i can come back and try again in 30 days but im doubtful i will ever be able to do it.

im a good driver and i need to get back over the road.
