I'm Karen, I've got my permit, but I need someone to teach me how to drive an 18 wheeler.

The rules have changed; truck owners probably won't help you on this due to insurance requirements and electronic logs.
Why not go to a trucking company school and do it right.
CFI - www.cfidrive.com has an excellent free cdl school, but you must pass a hair follicle drug test. Need to be clean for 12 months for their hair follicle drug test.
Stevens Transport - www.stevenstransport.com has free cdl school and does urine drug test. Need to be clean 90 days for their urine drug test.
