had three beers on the plane ride, the night before pretty employment

I received an amazing opportunity, with a freight company, and the only way I could get down there, was to fly. I'm deathly afraid of flying, so I had three beers to calm me down. I drank them between 330 pm and 530 pm. I took a pre employment drug screen the next day. Just curious if they can fail me for that, or if it is even legal for it to be a drug test failure, considering it is not an illicit substance. Thanks for your time
