got license reinstated suspended again because of seatbelt ticket

they said I would never be able to drive a 18 wheeler again. I have drove a truck for 34 years. This was my only income, wife is disabled and raising my grand children need some help

Seat belt ticket keeps truckers from driving for life?

Man, I don't see how a seat belt ticket could keep you from driving a truck again.

Who is the they that you are talking about? Make sure you check with the D.O.T about that one.

You might want to go to court about the seat belt ticket too.

I advise all drivers to wear your seat belt, for old schoolers I know a lot of you didn't wear seat belts in the truck but times have changed and they are as strict i trucks as they are with cars about wearing your seat belt.

Some people don't wear them saying it is too tight or uncomfortable, if this is a problem, they make something called seat belt extenders to lengthen the seat belt.
