Got CDL recently in California

In 1997 my ex and i were splitting up and she filled a report with th police department stating that i beat her, my 2 year old daughter and molested my daughter just to keep me from getting custody of her.

I have now been married since 2006 and have a total of 5 children and 2 grandchildren. I have been on disability since 2008. I have worked hard to get off of disability and put myself through American truck school to get my CDL.

All i am asking for is a chance.
