Gleason TN CDL school graduate need advice and/or job

I graduated from truck driving school in Feb. of 2009. In March of 2009I gt my one and only DUI in my personal vehicle.
During this, I found out my brother stole my identity in 2008, and got a dui, along with several other tickets in Cook County Illinois.
I have to carry around an "Its Not Me Letter" My problem is, several companies will hire with a 3 year old DUI but what my brother did is too much for these companies to handle, because my license will show revoked in Illinois,until I go before a judge in Skokie, Illinois.
If I had 3 months experience, I know I could get a job. Does anyone have any suggestions, offers, or solutions??
