i give FORWARD AIR A 9 the weak link with forward air is the mentality of dispatchers.the job is the best ive had in all my 33 years of trucking. but like every company there is a downfall. with forward air that downfall is dispatchers who dont realize that owner operators should be allowed to tailor thier area of operations according to thier needs wether those needs be a preferance in which states you operate in or other needs concerning your business.i absolutely love my job here,but if i ever left it would be because of disagreements with dispatch over where i want to run my truck.my wife and i have been leased with forward air for 10 years so far. my wife says if i quit this job she,ll get off the truck and go home,so she loves this job even more than i do.
