Hi,

I graduated swift academy in phoenix Arizona i went through everything got my cdl ,transferred it to California i tested positive in my pre-employment test, it was the biggest mistake of my life.

Put myself through the gibson house the inpatient drug treatment program, Oct 24 2013,graduated Dec 22 2013.

I complied with sap recommendations as required by the d.o.t. I need another chance to prove myself, it was a mistake that I am sure that will not happen again.

I am a single parent of two boys 13,16,,,,they need me more than ever to be a good father and provider.
