Exp Driver seeking OTR Trucking Job again

I drove 48 OTR reefer for 5 years for a large known Co. I have been driving local in Colorado for 20 years. Never any problems, safe perfect MVR, healthy.
My kids are grown now and want to go back OTR without having to pay a refresher course. I am ready to get back. Any help would be greatly appreciated and not forgotten.
