I give Eastway an 8.5. They are a small company, so they treat you like family. They know you by name and are willing to go out of the way to help you. Whenever I have asked for time off or to work around an event or activity, they have done everything to accommodate me.

It feels good to come into the yard and be addressed by name and to have them inquire about my family and know they care.

They also pay better than most others, they recognize your hard work and will justly reward you.

Just an all around great company.
